Let the resistance of the bulb be R

then we know that,

R=\frac{V^{2} }{P}

R=\frac{200^{2} }{100} \\

R = 400 Ω

Now when Voltage is 110 V we again have by the same formula,

P=\frac{V^{2} }R} \\P=\frac{110^{2} x}{400}

P = 30.25 W
