a {}^{2x + 2}  = 1

a {}^{2x + 2}  = a {}^{0}

Now bases are same so we compare powers.

2x + 2 = 0

2x = - 2

x = - 2/2 = - 1

Thanks

Here is your answer :
Step by step solution :

~ A^(2x+2)=1
~ A^(2x+2)= A^0. Because, (a^0=1)
Therefore, 2x+2=0
Or, x= - 1

Now, substituting value of x in equation, we get
❤️Answer❤️:A can assume any value.

Note:Please tell whether a's power here is 2x or (2x+2).

digi18: ya sure why not
