a+30+4a=180

5a=150

a=30

Measure of angles are:

a+30=30+30=60

4a=4×30=120

Both are supplementary. ∴ Their sum is 180°.

(a + 30) + 4a = 180

= a + 30 + 4a = 180

= 5a + 30 = 180

= 5(a + 6) = 180

a + 6 = 180 / 5 = 36

a = 36 - 6 = 30

a + 30 = 30 + 30 = 60

4a = 4 × 30 = 120

∴ The angles are 60° and 120°.

Thank you. Have a nice day.
