1/v + 1/u = 1/f
1/v + 1/-18 = 1/-12
1/v = -1/12 + 1/18
1/v = -3 + 2/36
1/v = -1/36
v = -36
Magnification:-
m = -v/u = hi/ho
m = -(-36/-18)
m = -2
-2 = hi/3
hi = -6
Soo the height of the image will be 6cm.
