Ans: Dogs have high body temperature .To regulate the body temperature dogs hang out their tongue in summer. Generally mammals regulate their body temperature by sweating. Dogs have fewer sweat glands on their body so it is difficult to cool their body by sweating. By panting they cool their body.

Because they get saliva on their tongue so they feel warm and put the tongue out and dogs don't have sweat pore on their bodies so dog put their tongue out to get evaporate the saliva and feels so cool....
