hello frnd!

here's ur answer....

given \: the \: edge \: of \: the \: cube \: is \: 4cm \\  \\ therefore \: tsa \: of \: the \: cube = 6 {a }^{2}  \\ = 6  \times {4}^{2}  \\  = 6 \times 16 \\   = 96 {cm}^{2}  \\  \\ tsa \: of \: the \: cube \: (edge = 1cm) = 6 {a }^{2}  \\  = 6 \times  {1 }^{2} \\  = 6 \times 1 \\  = 6 {cm}^{2} \\  \\ ratio \: of \: the \: tsa \: of \: the \: big \: cube \: with \\  \: the \: tsa \: of \: the \: small \: cube =  >  \\  \\ 96 \: ratio \: 6 \\ 16 \: ratio \: 1 \\  \\ hope \: this \: helps......

HELLO DEAR,

we know that:-

T.S.A OF cube=6×side²

given that:-

edge of largest cube =4cm

then tsa= 6×4²

=> (6×16) cm²

and the edge of smaller cube is 1cm

then the TSA=6×1².

=> 6cm²

and the ratio of total surface area of large cube to that of the small cubes

 \frac{6 \times 16}{6} = 16:1
I HOPE ITS HELP YOU DEAR,
THANKS
