A 4 kg ball is thrown upward with a velocity of 20 m/s. Find the potential energy at maximum height

Now at maximum height v=0

So applying
V²=u² +2 as
0=400-2gs
S=400/20= 20m

Now potential energy =mgh
= 4*10*20 = 800 J
