we have M= 40kg D= 200 cm so R= 1 m
so we have
i = m \frac{ {r}^{2} }{2}
i = 40 \: kg  \: {m}^{2}

so the angular momentum is given by
L = I ω
L = 40 \times  \frac{120}{60}  = 80 \:kg  {m}^{2} {s}^{ - 1}
