the wall of the window and the ground will make 90° with each other.
Therefore from Pythagoras theorem,we get=
5^2-3^2 = x^2
√25-9 = x
=> x = 4m

Answer: x=4m

Step-by-step explanation:

As the window will be perpendicular to the ground therefore it will format a right angle triangle with hypotenure as 5m. So the distance between them will be 4m by applying pyathagoras theorem.
