Momentum=mass ×velocity

mass of ball a i= 50 grams = 0.05 kg

velocity of ball a = 2 m/s

Momentum a= 0.05× 2

=0.1 kg m/s

Mass of ball b =100g= 0.1 kg

velocity of ball b =1 m/s

Momentum b= 0.1×1

=0.1 kg m/s

Since momentum a= momentum b

Both have same momenta....
