let us consider O as the intersecting points of the diagonals AC and BD .now as O is this midpoint of A and C by applying midpoint formula =
$x = (7 + 8) \div 2 \\ y = ( - 8 + 4) \div 2$
so X= 15/2 and Y= -2
slope of AC =-2
slope of AD= 1/2
so by applying (Y+2)=1/2(X-15/2)
this is our answer.
