now radius along with road 28 + width
= 28+7 =35 now area is πr²

= 3.14×35×35 =3846.5 cm² hence area of road us 3846.5-2461= 1385.5 cm²


now cost of making at 12per cm² is 1385.5× 12is 16626 rs

hence the cost is 16626.
