Given equation

a-7x-3x+2=8x-8

To Find

The Value of a

Solving, the  equation we get,

a-7x-3x+2=8x-8

\implies a-10x+2=8x-8

Transposing all the terms,

except a, to the RHS side we get,

\implies a=8x+10x-8-2

The signs change when they are moved  to the other side of the equation

\implies a=18x-10

\boxed{\boxed{\bold{Therefore,  \ the \ value \ of \ a \ is \ 18x-10}}}}}}
