total force = force applied - friction ( friction take place in negative direction) = 375 - 25 = 350 N is net force acting on it
F = ma 350 = 80 a
a = 350/80 is acceleration acting on box Ek = 1/2v2 m 160 = 1/2 v2 80
so velocity is 2
