the amount that A will get is: 80000

1.let the total amount of work done is x

2.the work done by A in a day is x/10

3.the amount of work done by B in a day is x/15

4.the ratio of work done by A to the ratio of work done by B is 3:2

5.the ratio of money they will get is irrespective of the number of days it takes for the work to get done by both

6.the amount that A will get is 2*(200000/3+2)

 =80000

The amount that A will get is Rs. 120000.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Number of days taken by A = 10

Number of days taken by B = 15

Total amount they undertook = RS. 200000

Work done by A and B = lcm of 10 and 15 = 30

So, Work done by A would be \dfrac{30}{10}=3

Work done by B would be \dfrac{30}{15}=2

so, The amount that A will get would be

\dfrac{3}{5}\times 200000\\\\=3\times 40000\\\\=Rs.\ 120000

Hence, the amount that A will get is Rs. 120000.
