SOLUTION =>
A can d work in 10 days
B can do work in 15 days
both can do work in = 1/10+1/15= 1/6
means in 6 days
wage for A = 6/10*100= 60%
60/100*3000 = 1800
wage for B = 6/15*100= 40%
40/100*3000=1200 (ans)

time taken by A = 10 days
time taken by B = 15 days
ratio of the wages of work of A to B = 1/10 : 1/15
= 3:2
it means that A will get 3/5 parts of the total wage and B will get the 2/5 parts of the total wage.
so,
wages of A = 3000 × 3/5
wages of A = 1800rs
