Answer:
Distance between A and B = 1000 km.
Train leaves A at a speed of 40 kmph and another train leaves B at 60 kmph.
Now 40+60 = 100 kmph.
So the two trains meet after travelling 1000 km/100 kmph = 10 hours.
During those 10 hours, the train from A has covered 400 km and the train from B has covered 600 km and the two trains meet at a distance of 400 km from A and 600 km from B.
