P(A)+P(B)=1
0.72+P(B)=1
P(B)=1-0.72
P(B)=0.28

The probability of B will be 0.28.

It is given that,

A and B  are the only two outcomes of an event.

If P(A) is the probability of event A and P(B) is the probability of event B, then, the total probability of these two events will be equal to 1.

P(A) + P(B) = 1

Now P(B) = 0.72

We will put this value of P(B) and find the probability of A.

P(A) = 1 - P(B)

P(A) = 1 - 0.72

P(A) = 0.28

Therefore, the probability of B will be 0.28
