A-B=all the elements of a which are not the elements of b
A intersection B' = common elements of A and elements which does not belong to B
For Example A={3,4,5,6}
B={1,2,3,4}
A-B={5,6}
A intersection B'={5,6}
A intersection B' = common elements of A and elements which does not belong to B
