let the diferrence be 6000
if,
b earns rs 27000 per month
then,
salary of 1 year = 27000*12
=324000
so,
a could posibbly earn
= 324000-6000 = 318000

the difference in their annual salary=6000
the difference in monthly salary=?
1 year=12 months
therefore, monthly difference=6000/12=500
then A's salary per month
=B's earning-monthly difference
=27000-500
=26500 ans

hope it helps..
