A and B can complete a work in 15 days and 10 days respectively. They started doing the work together but after 2 days B had to leave and A alone completed the remaining work. When was the whole work completed?

Let total work = LCM(15,10)= 30 units
A completes 2 units per day
B completes 3 units per day.
They work together for 2 days completing 2 x (2 + 3) = 10 units.
Remaining 20 units will be completed by A alone in 20/2 = 10 days.
Total time taken = 2 + 10 = 12 days
