Solution:
(A + B)'s 1 day work = 1/12......(1)
(B+C)'s 1 day work = 1/18.........(2)
(A+C)'s 1 day work = 1/24..........(3)
Adding (1) , (2) & (3)
(A+ B)+(B+C)+(A+C)
=1/12 +1/18 +1/24
A+B+B+C+A+C=216/72.....(l.c.m)
2A+ 2B+2C =1/3
2(A+B+C)=1/3
A + B + C = 1/3 ×1/2
(A + B + C)'s 1 day work = 1/6
Hence,
A ,B & C together would take
6days to complete the work
