According to the statements,

A+B=12

B+C=20/3

A+B+C=14(3+4+7)

Therefore,Let A's,B's andC's speed be 'x,y,z' respectively.

x+y=12

let x's speed be 1/8th of the work each day.

Therefore,1/8+y=12

12-8=y

(because the formula is a's speed +b's speed's reciprocal =time required by both of them to complete the work together)

y=4

y's speed =1/4 and similarly solve the c one(z)
