A and B together can do a piece of work in 12 days, B and C can do it in 15 days and C and A can do the same work in 20 days. How long would each of them take to complete the job? ∴ A,B and C can together finish 1/10th of the work in 1 day. ∴ A alone can do it in 30 days

Answer:

30 days

Step-by-step explanation:

1/a + 1/b = 1/12

1/b + 1/c = 1/15

1/c + 1/a = 1/20

subtract first two, then add to third equation. you will get 1/a = 1/30 so answer is 30 days
