In one day, A+B=1/30...in 20 days, 20*(1/30) i.e 2/3 of the work. Therefore 1/3 of the work is left. A finished 1/3 of work in 20 days 20 days -----1/3 =1 day------1/20*3 =1 day ------1/60 of work Therefore A will complete the work in 60 days.
