A and B decided to share expenses in the ratio of 2:3 .b and C decided to share expenses in the ratio of 5:7 . How would they share a bill on ₹1104.

=> A:B:C = 10:15:21

if x is the proportion,

then we have 10x+15x+21x = 46x parts

46 x = 1104

=> x = 1104 / 46

      = 24

=> A's share = 10x = 10*24 = ₹240

    B's share = 15x = 15*24 = ₹360

    C's share = 21x = 21*24 = ₹504
