Let money with them also be A and B, so
2(A - 30) = B + 30
2A - 60 = B + 30
2A - B = 90.....(1)
Now, we have
2(B - 10) = A + 10
2B - 20 = A + 10
A - 2B = -30.....(2)
Multiplying (2) by 2 and subtracting from (1), we get
2A - B - 2A + 4B = 90 + 60
3B = 150
B = 50
So, A - 100 = -30
A = 70
Therefore, A and B has 70 and 50 money respectively.
2(A - 30) = B + 30
2A - 60 = B + 30
2A - B = 90.....(1)
Now, we have
2(B - 10) = A + 10
2B - 20 = A + 10
A - 2B = -30.....(2)
Multiplying (2) by 2 and subtracting from (1), we get
2A - B - 2A + 4B = 90 + 60
3B = 150
B = 50
So, A - 100 = -30
A = 70
Therefore, A and B has 70 and 50 money respectively.
