Heya mate !!

Let A has x no. of oranges and B has y no. of oranges.

In 1st case ( if B gives 10 oranges to A) :-

x+ 10 =2(y-10)=> x-2y = -30 (equation 1)

In 2nd case (if A gives 10 oranges to B) :

y + 10 = x - 10 => x- y =20 (equation 2)

On solving equation( 1 ) and equation (2) , we get ,

x = 70

and

y = 50

Therefore, A has 70 oranges and B had 50 oranges with them !
