A and B have altogether 900, and A has 150 more than B. How much has each of them?​

Answer:

A+B=900. -----(1)

A=B-150(as is 150 more)-------(2)

From (1)

A=900-B------(3)

From (2) &(3),

900-B=B-150

900+150=B+B

1050=2B

B=1050/2

B=525

From (3)

A=900-525

A=375
