5(w-12b)/12  + 7b  + 13(w-16b)/16 = w

5(w-12b)*4   + 48*7b  + 13(w-16b)*3   = 48w

20w - 240b  + 336b  + 39w  - 624b = 48w

59w - 48w = 624b + 240b -336b

11w = 528b

w = 48b

so b will take 48 days to finish work
