\huge\mathcal\pink{ANSWER:-}

A and B can do the work in 12 days

work in one day= 1/12 part

A can do the work in 20 days

work in one day=1/20 part

So,

B's one day work=

=A and B's 1 day work- A's one day work

=1/12-1/20

=(5-3)/60

=1/30

Time taken by B to complete the work=1/(1/30)days

=30 days

Answer:

we will subtract work of a from work of both a and b

first we will take reciprocals

the answer will be 30 days
