Let the ages of a, b and c be 3x, 4x and 5x
According to question,
=> c - ( a + b +c) /3 = 10
=> 5x - ( 3x + 4x + 5x) /3 = 10
=> 5x - ( 12x/3) = 10
=> 5x - 4x = 10
=> x = 10
Age of a = 3x = 3 × 10 = 30 years
Age of c = 5x = 5 × 10 = 50 years
Required sum = 30 + 50
= 80 years
