(a+b)^2= a^2 +2ab + b^2

(a-b)^2= a^2-2ab+b^2

Now, (a+b)^2-(a-b)^2= a^2+2ab+b^2 - (a^2-2ab+b^2)

=a^2+2ab+b^2-a^2+2ab-b^2

= 4ab

Now, (a+b)^2-(a-b)^2/a^2b-ab^2

=4ab/ab(a-b)

=4/(a-b). This is the answer.
