hey mate is your answer

a + b = 8

and

b + d = 8

implies a = d

now,

c - d = 6 or c - a =6

and

c + a = 13

summing both sides

2c = 19

so, this is not possible with Integral values but for rational values

c = 19/2

a = 7/2

b = 9/2
