Saina Nehwal is a professional Indian women badminton player who won bronze in the year of 2012 in London Olympic Games. None of them has achieved that feat until P.V. Sindhu won the silver in the same event in the year of 2016 in Brazil. She started her carrier in the year of 2006 by winning the famous under-19 Asian satellite tournament twice.
She also has two world championships medals, five commonwealth games medal, two Asian games medal, three Asian championship medals and etc. The first Indian women 'badminton player' to reach the No.1 place in the world ranking. Saina Nehwal has also received 'Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna', 'Padma Bhushan', and the 'Arjuna award' from the Indian Government.
