A can do piece of work in 24 days
One day work of A =1/24

B can do piece of work in 6 days
One day work of B is 1/6

C can do piece of work in 12 days
One day work of C is 1/12

Now,
(A+B+C)'s one day work =
$= > \frac{1}{24} + \frac{1}{6} + \frac{1}{12} \\ = > \frac{1 + 4 + 2}{24} \\ = > \frac{7}{24}$

Hence,they will together complete the work in:-
$= > \frac{24}{7} days$
=>3.42
3 days(approximately)
