1 day part of work that A will do = 1/12

1 day part of work that B will do = 1/15

1 day part of work that C will do = 1/10

In 1 day A, B & C together will do =

1/12 + 1/15 + 1/10

LCM of 12, 15 & 10 is 60

(5 + 4 + 6)/60

= 15/60 = 1/4

Therefore A, B & C together do 1/4 part of work in 1 day

Hence A, B & C together will finish complete work in 4 days.

Answer:

In 4 days they finish the work together.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that:

  • A can do a piece of work in 12 days.
  • B can do the same work in 15 days.
  • And C can do it in 10 days.

Finding the work done by A, B and C in one day:

  • A can do a work in 12 days.
  • A's one day work = 1/12

  • B can do the work in 15 days.
  • B's one day work = 1/15

  • C can do the same work in 10 days.
  • C's one day work = 1/10

Finding the one day work if A, B and C do it together:

  • (A + B + C)'s one day work = 1/12 + 1/15 + 1/10
  • (A + B + C)'s one day work = 5/60 + 4/60 + 6/60
  • (A + B + C)'s one day work = 15/60
  • (A + B + C)'s one day work = 1/4

Finding the number of days to do total work if A, B and C do it together:

  • (A + B + C)'s one day work = 1/4
  • (A + B + C) can finish the work in 4 days.
