Area of Triangle : (Herons Formula)

√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

where,

s = semi perimeter of Triangle

a,b,c = sides of triangle.

So,

Perimeter = 12+12+12 = 36

Semi Perimeter = 36/2 = 18

Putting the values,

√18(18-12)(18-12)(18-12)

√18 × 6 × 6 × 6

Area = 363

Alternate Form:

62.35

 \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  \times  {a}^{2}

 \frac{ \sqrt{3} }{4}  \times 12 \times 12

 \sqrt{3}  \times 3 \times 12

 \sqrt{3}  =  \: 1.732

1.732 \times 36

62.352  \: {m}^{2}
