A,B,C,D are the midpoints of of sides of a parallelogram PQRS. if area of parallelogram=36 cm^2 find area of ABCD​

●Area of ABCD=1/2(Area of PQRS)

1)PQRS is a parallelogram where A ,B,C,D are midpoints of sides PQ ,PS ,SR and QR .

2)As they are in midpoinds of sides so they form a parallelogram whose area will be half the area of bigger parallelogram. So we have:---

3)Area of ABCD=1/2【area of PQRS】

Area of PQRS=36cm^2

So area of ABCD=1/2×36

Area of ABCD=18cm^2

And ABCD is also a parallelogram.
