Given that A B C together can do in 10 days.  Hence in one day they can do 1/10 of work.

A,B,C together completed in 3 days the work equal to 4/10 portion.If full work = 1 then remaining part is

Remaining work = 1-(4/10)= 6/10

B and C together completed 7/10 work in 10 days.

i.e. they did 6/100 work in one day.

B&C together can do full work in 100/6 = 16.67 days.
