Given, total no. of balls = 24
i.e, x+2x+3x=24
⇒6x=24 ⇒ x=4
Hence, no. of red balls=4
No. of white balls=8        No. of blue balls=12

(i) P(of getting non red ball) = 20/24 = 5/6
(ii)P(of getting white ball) = 8/24 = 1/3
