a bag contain rs. 1600 in the form of rs. 10 and rs. 20 notes. if the ratio between the numbers of rs. 10 and rs. 20 notes is 2:3. find the total number of notes in all.

Let no. of rs. 10 notes be 2x and rs. 20 notes be 3x.
So,
2x + 3x = 1600
5x = 1600
x = 320
So, rs. 10 = 2x =2×320=640
rs. 20 = 3x = 3×320 = 960
