A bag contains 13 black and 16 green balls. A boy draws 2 balls in succession from the bag without replacement. Calculate the probability that the first ball drawn is black and the second one drawn is green.

probability of first ball= no. of fav. outcomes ÷total no. of outcomes

So, P (E) = 13÷(13+16)

=13÷29

now similarly,

probability of second ball=

no. of fav. outcomes ÷total no. of outcomes

so, P (E)= 16÷29
