There are two major causes of biological food contaminants..

1] virus

2] bacteria

They can cause to some foodborne illness..

2] PHYSICAL : -

                      physica food contaminants is considder as foreign food in object..physical food contaminants may occur in production process.

ex ] peace of glass, raw material used to make foods , peace of plastic etc.

They can causes to life threatening injuries..

                       Chemical  food contaminants got in foods because of some artificial or natural subtances..Sometimes this chemical contaminants can make ill or kill us.

This contaminants causes to ill on human being for many years .

Food contamination is one of the major problem which we are facing in the recent years due to mixture of various unrequired substance in the food. It includes various substance like the physical contamination and the chemical contamination.
