Heya !!!

Total number of Cards = 15

Possible outcomes = 15

Number of card which is a prime Number = 2, 3 ‍ , 5 , 7 , 11 , 13 .

Favourable outcomes = 6

P( Getting A prime Number) = Favourable outcomes/Possible outcomes

=> 6/15 = 2/5

(2) Number of cards which is divisible by 3 = 3 , 6 , 9 , 12 , 15.

Favourable outcomes = 5

P( Getting a number divisible by 3) = Favourable outcome/Possible outcomes

=> 5/15 = 1/3

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU..... :-)

Heya !!!

Here is Your Answer.

Total Number of Cards = 15
So, total number of outcomes = 15

Prime Numbers between 1 and 15 = 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13
Total Number of Possible OutcomeS = 6

P (E) = 6/15 = 2/5

ii) Numbers divisible by 3 = 3, 6, 9, 12, 15
So, P (E) = 5/15 = 1/3

Hope It Helps
