A bag contains 7 white and some red balls. If the probability of drawing a red ball is doubles that of white ball, find the no. of red balls in the bag.

x/7+x=14/7+x..........given
x^2+7x=98+14
x^2-7x-98=0
x=-7,14
probability cannot be in negative. so ,x=14
