A bag contains 8 black, 12 purple, 10 orange balls. Find the probability of getting:- (a) red ball (b) not orange ball​

(a) no. of red balls = 0

so , probability of getting red balls = 0/30 = 0.

(b) Total no. of balls = 30.

total no. orange balls = 10.

No. of balls except orange ball = 30 - 10 = 20.

So, probability of getting not orange ball = 20/30 = 2/3.
