AnswEr :

  • Rs. 1 : 50 paise : 25 paise = 1 : 2 : 3
  • Total Value of Coins = Rs. 330

Either convert all Terms in Paise or Rupees, I'm converting all terms in Paise.

Let Number of Coins be n, 2n & 3n.

According to the Question Now :

↠ Total value of coins = Rs. 330

↠ (No. × Value) of each terms = Rs. 330

↠ (Rs. 1 × n) + (50 paise × 2n) + (25 paise × 3n) = Rs. 330

  • Converting all terms into paise

↠ (100 × n) + 100n + 75n = 330 × 100

↠ 100n + 100n + 75n = 33,000

↠ 275n = 33,000

  • Dividing both term by 275

n = 120

D E N O M I N A T I O N S :

◗ Rs. 1 = n = 120 Coins

◗ 50 paise = 2n = 2(120) = 240 Coins

◗ 25 paise = 3n = 3(120) = 360 Coins

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

VALUE OF EACH DENOMINATIONS :

◗ Rs. 1 = n × 1 = 120 × 1 = Rs. 120

◗ 50 paise = 2n × 1/2 = n = Rs. 120

◗ 25 paise = 3n × 1/4 = 360 × 1/4 = Rs. 90

Number of Rs. 1, 50 paise & 25 paise will be 120, 240 & 360 with value of Rs. 120, Rs. 120 & Rs. 90 respectively.
