Answer:

12 red,9 green,8 blue,5 yellow

Total balls=34

i) probability of green ball=9/34

ii)probability of yellow ball=5/34

(I) p(red)+p(yellow)+p(green)=1. (because sum of all probabilities is 1)

0.35+p(yellow)+0.4=1

0.39+p(yellow)=1

p(yellow)=1-0.39

p(yellow)=0.61

(2) p(red)+p(not red) =1. (because sum of all probabilities is 1)

0.35+p(not red) =1

p(not red) =1-0.35

p(not red) =0.65
