A bag contains some coins of 25 paise , 11 coins of 50 paise , 15 of Re 1 , 6 of Rs 2 and 3 of Rs 5 . Find how many coins of 25 paise of total amount in that bag os Rs 51. ?

25 paise is 1/4 rupee and 50 paise will be 1/2 rupee

Hence (1/4)x+11(1/2)+15(1)+6(2)+3(5)=51

from this we get x=14 hence there are 14  25 paise coins in bag.

11*0.5=₹5.5

15*1=₹15

6*2=₹12

3*5=₹15

total amount=15+15+12+5.5=₹47.5

amount left=51-47.5=₹3.5

₹3.5 = 3.5*4 = 14 coins
